At Future Grid Summit last week I said something that got a few raised eyebrows: the grid, not generation, is now the transition's critical path. We have more consented renewable capacity waiting for a connection than we have operating today. Three things I'd ask every leader in the room to take away: 1. Start with the constraint, not the technology. 2. Measure what your customers actually feel. 3. Share the plan early — and update it often. Thank you to everyone who joined the conversation.
